• No Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you require a different item, color, or size, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order on our website.

3. Return Shipping Charges & Restocking Fees

We believe in full cost transparency with zero unexpected charges:

• Return Shipping Fee: £0 (Free UK Returns). We will provide you with a pre-paid UK return shipping label once your request is approved.

• Restocking Fee: No Restocking Fee (£0). We do not deduct any restocking or handling fees from your refund amount.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these simple steps to return your item:

2. Get Pre-Paid Label: Upon approval, our support team will send you a pre-paid UK return shipping label via email along with drop-off instructions.

3. Pack & Send: Securely package the item in its original box, attach the pre-paid return label, and drop it off at the designated courier collection point.

5. Refund Processing Schedule & Payment Method

• Inspection: Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and email you a confirmation notice regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Processing Window: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

• Payment Method: The full amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Please allow a few additional days for your banking institution to process and post the transaction to your statement.

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect:

If your tracking reference confirms "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel:

• Please check around your property, verify with household members or neighbors, or check with your local postal sorting office first.

• If the item is still missing, notify us immediately at support@bestbuyhub.store. We will open a formal trace investigation with the courier. If verified as lost, we will issue a free replacement or full refund.
